Glass terrace enclosure – single-family house: frameless sliding system, glass roof, conservatory style

Glass terrace enclosure integrated into the body of the house

In the video, we can see an elegant glass terrace enclosure with a sliding, frameless glass system and a glass roof, installed next to a single-family house. The dark graphite aluminium structure creates a simple frame that blends smoothly with the body of the building – the veranda roof is fitted under the house eaves, making the whole structure look like an integral part of the architecture rather than an added element. The terrace is raised above garden level, with wooden stairs leading up to it, while the flooring is made of warm brown decking boards.

The sliding, frameless glass terrace enclosure serves several functions at once. It expands the usable area of the house, creating an additional, almost year-round garden lounge, while effectively protecting the space from wind, rain and cold. This type of complete enclosure is an ideal solution when you want to extend the living area with a comfortable place to relax for family members and guests. The glass walls and roof give the terrace a modern, lightweight appearance while also increasing the functionality of the entire building.

Conservatory-style veranda: plants, curtains and a relaxation area

The interior of the veranda has been arranged like a cosy living room. It features a large grey sofa with cushions, a designer coffee table with a glass top, and a distinctive orange garden swing. On the floor, there is a turquoise rug with a botanical motif, which warms up the space and gives it a holiday feel. The whole arrangement is complemented by decorations – candles, lanterns and small accessories – making the covered terrace an ideal place for morning coffee, meetings with friends or a peaceful evening with a book.

The investor also focused strongly on creating a conservatory-like atmosphere. Along the glazed walls, there are numerous pots with plants: an olive tree, exotic palms and lush greenery in tall planters create the impression of a private green winter garden. The glass walls are decorated with light grey curtains that can be moved freely – they gently filter the light, add softness to the interior and help create a more intimate atmosphere when dusk falls. As a result, the glass terrace enclosure is not only practical, but also exceptionally atmospheric and perfect for relaxation throughout most of the year.
